The American Jewish Historical Exhibit: A Scheme Unrealized

Sadly, the American Jewish Historical Exhibit never came to fruition.  Further research needs to be conducted to know the reasons.  By April 1902, a letter to Cyrus Adler referenced an earlier letter dated July 8, 1901 regarding some Jewish biblical history objects that were offered to be part of the exhibit, and the letter writer states that he has heard nothing since earlier conversations and “would like to know if the scheme will be realized.”[1]
